When I Try To Register It Says My Username Is Already In Use
All usernames need to be unique, you need to choose a different username than the one on the pill packet, choose something unique to you that you can easily remember. If you try to register a username which someone else has already registered with you will be told it is already in use and so you will need to choose something else, maybe put a number at the end.
